I ordered this for my sister Tulasi and the order was delivered but she didn't receive it. I reached out to customer service and they went above and beyond with great service, very friendly prompt reply to my email and ultimately replaced the missing item. My sister just messaged me today telling me she got the soap and that she loves it! And it smells so good! I will definitely be ordering some other products to try out for myself and again as gifts for family and friends.
